Ohhhhhhh my head - never drinking again . What happened then was it a good GP ? Paulco - in summary, Olsen and his fellow gimps took all the dirt off the track and there wasn't much racing, and Nicki Pedersen only made the final by diving into Jason Crump as Crump passed him in their semi-final clash.

And the former British champion scored just TWO POINTS - tee hee Mrs Miggins, tee hee.

The fact remains though Genghis, that two points is just inexcusable, it looked like he was pottering around on a 125.. Mind you Harris wasn't much better was he...? I forgot to mention Leigh Adams Last night, great win for him and keeps the competition wide open... I'm still annoyed at NP though, don't like that win at all costs, even if it means cheating attitude, he's gone right down in my estimation.

Yes, Nicholls was utter shite, it will be interesting to see if last night's embarrasment has the effect of sending a rocket up his arse. As for Nicki, the people I feel sorry for are those like Schumi. She supports him with great pride, as there's no doubt of his credentials as a great rider, and then he goes and lets his supporters down with his inexcusable actions in the semi-final last night. The more I see that replay the less I like what he did. It's cheating.

Peter Collins another and while we keep digging up such examples we're never going to progress Harris and Nicholls are shite from the traps and I can't think of any English rider who I'd want to put 50p on. Danny King, David Howe, Simon Stead all shite from the tapes and over 30 yards as well more often than not. Lee Richardson is the only one I can think of who was a threat from the start which says it all really.

Interestingly I've just been chatting to Cousteau about this, he is currently reading Simon Wiggs book ' Wiggy' and there is a sec tion in that book where he talks about a similar situation. He was in a race off with Jeremy Doncaster at Belle Vue in 1987, he was losing and he say's his only option was to " aim the bike at him and try to get in his way, in the hope that the referee would exclude him for falling off.." Ok the incidents are different but the principle is there...It seems however that whilst us the fans get upset about it, the riders see it as an acceptable part of it all...

Don't feel sorry for me - you're the one who's going to have to change his signature.

Does this mean you're backing out of our bet? Schumi - no, I'm not backing out, even though you seem to have words with Nicki, as he now seems to be determined to finish ahead of Crump in this year's championship at all costs. I can't remember what I supposed to have on my signature - can you remind me? Talking of bets, I'm still waiting for the day Gollob retires without having won an individual World Championship, because Sub will owe me £20
